Smoky Mountains Fly Fishing School Team Building course is designed to help groups develop effective communication & problem-solving skills. We have developed a team building course that divides the team and educates each division on a particular aspect of fly fishing. On the final day of the course the teams are reassembled and assigned a specific stretch of a trout stream to face the challenge of putting it all together.

Our Team Building course creates a high level of interdependence among team members. The team will be working on challenging tasks in which each team member has a commitment and teamwork is critical for achieving the desired results. Team members are given the opportunity to exercise leadership when their specialties and skills are appropriate to the needs of the team. Each team member will contribute information and skills that provide an appropriate mix for achieving the team's purpose. The team will develop a climate in which people feel relaxed and are able to be direct and open in their communications.
